At the posh SKIDCAR SYSTEM offices in Las Vegas, most days begin the same. It has become increasingly apparent that the trade name “SKIDCAR” or “SKID CAR” is being used without permission in the naming and explanation of motorsports events, electronic gaming, driver training aids or equipment, and yes, even drifting cars.

Any descriptive use of these marks for any device or action not using an original Cedergrens Skid Car design is in violation of these Federally registered trademarks.
So all you posers out there, we are watching. The firm who represents our trademark defense is keen on going to Germany and the new Audi R8 competition school, right after they dock the new yacht in the Monaco Harbor…so they are hungry. Beware!
